1. Introduction
This Checkout Policy governs all payment transactions made on the PMDAN website (https://pmdan.org/) and through PMDAN’s authorised payment channels. By proceeding to checkout and completing a payment, you confirm your agreement with this policy and PMDAN’s Terms and Conditions.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
PMDAN accepts the following payment methods:
Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
Bank transfers (where applicable)
Online payment platforms integrated via our payment provider

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers. PMDAN does not directly handle or store card details.
3. Accepted Currencies
PMDAN accepts payments in the following currencies:
Nigerian Naira (NGN) – for domestic transactions
US Dollar (USD) – for international participants where applicable
Euro (EUR) – for international participants where applicable

Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled by your card provider or the payment processor. PMDAN is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or bank conversion fees.
4. Pricing and Fees
All prices are clearly displayed at the point of checkout.
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
PMDAN reserves the right to update pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of your transaction is the price that applies.
No hidden fees are applied by PMDAN. Any processing fees, where applicable, will be disclosed at checkout.

5. International Transactions
PMDAN accepts international debit and credit cards.
Cross-border transactions are supported.
International cardholders may be subject to foreign transaction fees applied by their card issuer. These are outside PMDAN’s control.
All international payments are subject to our standard terms, including the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Payment Security
All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
Payment data is processed by PCI-DSS certified third-party providers.
PMDAN does not store, view, or retain card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials.

7. Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
An on-screen confirmation of your transaction.
A confirmation email sent to your registered email address containing your transaction reference and details of the service purchased.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of payment, please check your spam folder or contact [email protected].
8. Access to Services
Digital services (webinars, training, certifications) will be made accessible following successful payment confirmation.
Access credentials or joining instructions will be sent to your registered email address.
Membership access will be activated within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment.

9. Failed and Declined Transactions
If a payment is declined, you will be notified immediately on screen.
Failed transactions are not charged. If a charge appears despite a failed transaction, contact your bank or our support team.
Common reasons for declined transactions include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or bank restrictions on international payments.
Please verify your card details and try again, or use an alternative payment method.

10. Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, contact [email protected] immediately with your full name and transaction reference.
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

11. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by PMDAN’s Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is available on our website. Key terms include:
Webinar/event cancellations: full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the event.
Membership fees: non-refundable once activated.
Training programs: refundable within 5 days of payment, if access has not been granted.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name, transaction reference, and reason for the request.
12. Chargebacks and Disputes
You must contact PMDAN directly before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension of your PMDAN account and access to services.
PMDAN will cooperate fully with any payment provider dispute resolution process.
