By accessing PMDAN’s website (https://pmdan.org/) or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. PMDAN reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
2. Services Offered
PMDAN provides the following digital and professional services:
- Annual and associate membership registration
- Live and recorded webinars
- Professional training programs
- Certification and examination programs
- Events and conferences
3. Eligibility
Services are available to individuals and organisations with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. PMDAN reserves the right to decline service at its discretion.
4. Payment Terms
- All fees are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN), EUR, or USD where applicable.
- Payments must be completed in full before access to services is granted.
- All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers.
- PMDAN does not store card details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, training resources, and certifications produced by PMDAN are the intellectual property of PMDAN. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Code of Conduct
All members, participants, and attendees are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. PMDAN reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or contrary to the values of the association.
7. Limitation of Liability
PMDAN’s total liability for any claim arising in connection with its services shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the relevant service. PMDAN is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in the first instance, and, if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels within Nigeria.
